Day 01 – Travel from Delhi to Manali via Volvo Coach

You will start the exciting tour of Ladakh from Delhi by taking an overnight journey in a deluxe air-conditioned semi-sleeper bus to Manali.

Your trip will last for approximately 12-14 hours and will be very scenic, as you will travel through many beautiful locations in Himachal Pradesh before arriving at your final destination.

Day 02 – Arrive in Manali; Sightseeing

Once you arrive in Manali, check into the hotel where you have been booked, then give yourself some time to relax.

After that, continue your sightseeing experience in the area. Enjoy seeing the local attractions, then enjoy shopping for souvenirs, and just experience local culture in general, all while enjoying the moderate weather.

Day 03 – Travel from Manali to Leh through Atal Tunnel and  Several High Mountain Passes

The journey from Manali to Leh will be one of the highlight days of your entire trip.

Travel to Leh from Manali, visiting some of the most beautiful mountain scenery in India.

Day 04: Leh Local Sights 

The first step in your exploration of Leh will be an early breakfast before starting out on some of the many attractions found in the area.

Hall of Fame – A museum honoring the sacrifices and bravery of Indian Army soldiers who served in Ladakh, a museum that tells the story of the military history and sacrifice of the region.

Magnetic Hill – A unique site where vehicles appear to be moving uphill despite the laws of gravity.

Gurudwara Pathar Sahib – A solemn and important place of worship for Sikhs, located in a beautiful (and nearly inaccessible) part of the country that is surrounded by mountains.

Sangam Point – Two rivers (Indus River and Zanskar River) converge.

Shanti Stupa – A white-domed Buddhist structure located in view of the city of Leh that provides viewers with panoramic views of both Leh and the Himalayan mountains.

Day 05 – Leh to Nubra via the Khardung La Pass

The day starts with breakfast before departing for Nubra.

Drive through Khardung La Pass (over 18,000 ft - 5,600 m), known as one of the world’s highest motorable roads, that continues to be used as a route to Nubra Valley from Leh.

Highlights: Khardung La Pass, snow-capped mountains, Nubra Valley, and cold desert

The Nubra Valley is an area noted for its sand dunes and Bactrian camels (the only camels in the world that have two humps) along with the mountains that surround the Nayahat Plateau (the actual Nubra Valley).

Day 6 - Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake (Shyok Route)
